"Shokyu" is a bird of the hawk family. And, this bird's alias is "Misago".
"Misago" seems to be a bird with a very good married couple relations.
The married couple of "Misago" seems to be warbling always happily.
"Kankan" of this Kanji idiom means a happy tweet of the married couple of Misago.

By the way, "Misago" is "Osprey" in English.
