Shiokara is Japanese dainty that finely-cut fish meat salt-pickled with its entrails and fermented.
There is various types in Shiokara.
Shiokara most liked by Japanese people is "Shiokara of a cuttlefish."
I also sometimes eat cuttlefish Shiokara.
Shiokara of a squid goes well with plain rice.

Generally Japanese people like Shokara.
But, there might be a lot of Japanese who dislike Shiokara because Shiokara is very fishy, too.
Other various Shiokara.
Shiokara is food with high salt concentrations.
Especially a goods on the market has high salt concentration.
So, Shiokara is used also as "preserved food."

How to make Shiokara of a cuttlefish.
How to make Cuttlefish Shiokara is very easy.
It is only the work which mixes "the body of the sliced cuttlefish" with "the internal organs of a cuttlefish" and "salt".
It is easy for me to make squid's Shiokara though I am not good at cooking.
